"Good start to the skin line"
I've used Revlon skin products for years and was glad to see TBS bring a new line out and at reasonable prices so I could stick to one company. The application of both the prime and rise is easy and you only need to use a finger tip at a time to spread it evenly. I usually start with prime after a shower or after I rinse my face then after that dries I apply the rise. Hardly any scent to it and it isn't ***** or leaves a residue on your skin.
