Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or may be delayed.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, the correct return address and return label.

Condition of Returned Items

Exchanges
If you want a different product, scent, or item, the fastest option is to contact us first. We can help you with an exchange, replacement, refund, or a new order depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Gifts

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund may be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
