Let it grow. Look after it.
Thirty days, four walls.
Thirty days without shaving doesn’t mean thirty days without beard care. Know what’s coming and you won’t reach for the razor when it hits.
Day 3Oct 30 · Week 1 · The prickleToday
Hover or tap a day
- Week 1
New growth comes in sharp. Collars catch it. This part is easy.
- Week 2
Dry skin under new hair. Flakes on your shirt. This is the wall most men hit. It’s the week we send your render back to remind you what you’re growing.
Get through the itch - Week 3
Patches show. Cheeks lag behind the chin. Keep going.
Work on the gaps - Week 4
It fills. It has weight. Now it looks like a decision.
Week 2 · For the itch
The Grow Kit
Built for days 1 to 21, when the skin is the problem. Two oils, one job: get you through the wall.

The Dec 1 progress vote
Win the Black Wraith Hero Bundle.
Most progress in 30 days wins. Not the biggest beard. The biggest change.
- Oct 28Take your Day 1 photo.
- Dec 1Post Day 1 and Day 30 in the Viking group.
- Dec 1 to 3The brotherhood votes. Winners announced Dec 4.
Got questions?
Does it cost anything?
No. The scan and the pledge are free. Confirm your email and we’ll add $1 CAD to our campaign donation. You don’t need to buy anything.
Do I have to start clean-shaven?
No. Start with the beard or moustache you have and leave the razor alone during the campaign. You can also join as a supporter without growing either.
Who wins on Dec 1?
Post your Day 1 and Day 30 photos in the Viking group on Dec 1. The brotherhood votes Dec 1 to 3 on the most progress, not the biggest beard, and winners are announced Dec 4. Each winner takes home a Black Wraith Hero Bundle.
How does the wax add a dollar?
Buy Clear Mustache Wax during the campaign using the same email address you used for your confirmed pledge. We’ll add another $1 CAD, up to $2 CAD per eligible participant in total.
Will I look like the render, and is my photo kept?
The render shows the beard your face can carry, not a promise. Real growth depends on your genetics, the thirty days and how you look after it. Your photo stays in your browser and is not stored. We keep only the name and email you enter to unlock your HD render and count your pledge.
Is this the official No-Shave November?
No. Pledge Your Beard is a campaign from The Beard Struggle, supporting the BC Cancer Foundation. It is not affiliated with the No-Shave November organisation.
Razors down. Brothers together.
Behind the cause are people living with cancer, and the families facing it with them. See the beard you’re building, pledge to start it, and we’ll add $1 CAD to our donation to the BC Cancer Foundation.
Free to join. No purchase needed. Pledges close November 26 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Campaign limits apply.
