Insider Labs: Dallas, Texas

I’m in Dallas next week exploring facilities that could completely upgrade how we serve the U.S. market. The goal? Two-day reach to 90% of the country. This isn’t hype. It’s infrastructure.

Insider Labs: Dallas, Texas

Next week I’m heading to Dallas, Texas.

Not for a visit. For infrastructure.

We’re actively exploring facilities that would allow us to produce and ship products directly from the United States. Dallas is a strategic location that positions us to reach roughly 90% of the U.S. population within two business days.

That’s a major service upgrade.

Faster shipping. Better reliability. Less friction.

Why Dallas?

From a logistics standpoint, Dallas gives us strong national coverage and operational flexibility. If this is executed correctly, it significantly improves how we serve our U.S. customers.

This isn’t about hype. It’s about structure.

What’s Happening Next Week

I’ll be there for one week reviewing properties, meeting partners, and assessing what it will take to get this moving properly.

The goal is to finalize direction and begin laying the groundwork immediately. If all goes according to plan, we’re targeting June to complete the setup.

This would not only improve shipping times, but potentially allow us to begin manufacturing in the U.S. as well.

Important Clarification

This is an expansion, not a relocation.

We are not closing down Canada. Canada remains our foundation and continues operating as normal.

This is the same strategic thinking that led us to expand into Germany late last year to better serve Europe. We build forward. We don’t replace.

Canada stays.
Germany stays.
Dallas strengthens the U.S.

If You’re in Dallas

If you’re based in Dallas and want to connect while I’m there, feel free to reach out:

I’ll only be there for a week, but I’d love to meet some of you if timing aligns.

Question of the Week:
If we can consistently deliver to you within two business days anywhere in the U.S., what does that change for you?
