Gift Cards
If you wish to use both a gift card and a discount code during checkout, please follow these steps:
- Add the gift card code to your cart.
- When you reach the checkout page, click the back button and reopen the cart.
- Once you are back in the cart, enter your discount code into the discount code box and proceed to checkout again.
- The gift card and discount code should now both be reflected on the checkout page.

Subscriptions
Subscription products from The Beard Struggle automatically renew based on the delivery schedule you choose at the time of purchase.
When you sign up for a subscription, you will select how often you want your products delivered. Your payment method will be charged according to the delivery frequency you selected, unless you choose a prepaid subscription option.
By completing your subscription purchase, you agree to automatic renewals and recurring charges based on your selected subscription schedule.
Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor or subscription provider.
You can cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email, account area, or subscription emails.
To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, please cancel or update your subscription before the next scheduled billing date.
If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it may be handled under our Returns and Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be available for pre-order before they are ready to ship.
When you place a pre-order, the product page or checkout page will provide the expected shipping window or estimated release date where available. Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience and may change due to production delays, supplier delays, customs delays, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Your payment method may be charged at the time you place the pre-order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, we may ship the items separately or hold the full order until the pre-order item is ready, depending on the products, warehouse, and shipping method.
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been processed for shipment by contacting support@thebeardstruggle.com.
Once a pre-order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be cancellable and may instead be handled under our Returns and Refund Policy.
If there is a material delay or change to the expected shipping timeline, we may notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Try Before You Buy
If a product is offered as a try-before-you-buy purchase, the terms of that offer will be shown at the time of purchase.
Try-before-you-buy purchases may involve a trial period, delayed payment, authorization hold, or other purchase terms depending on the offer and payment provider.
