TIS' THE SEASON TO BEARD JOLLY!

by Fran O'Reilly December 10, 2015

With Christmas right around the corner many of you who celebrate will have already dusted off your festive decorations and tinselled up your Christmas trees in time for Santa's seasonal visit!

If you're more adventurous and feeling somewhat creative you could always glitter up your facial forest with beard baubles! Yep, the past few years beard baubles have become a reality and have taken the interwebs by storm!

It all began with a few gents who shared there Christmassy creations online, and it snowballed (get it? Snowballed? Snow? Christmas?) into a festive beard celebration, as beardy's from every corner of the globe began creating and sharing their very own bearded seasonal creations!

Here's a small collection of The Beard Struggle favourites...

The classic...

This is where it all began! A simple, yet effective Christmas creation made by simply attaching beard sized baubles to your chin fuzz. Pretty eye catching i think you'd agree!

The seasonal bows...

This chap has created his festive display by clipping bow decorations to his beard. His choice of headgear compliments them perfectly, almost elf like!

The snowstorm...

Here's one I hadn't seen before. A snowy effect! Chuck in some snowflake decorations along with some fake snow shimmer for good measure and TA-DAA! Your festive beard has been created! Or at-least we hope it's fake snow and not bearuff!

The Christmas tree...

This one is a winner winner chicken dinner! Not only has this fine gent decorated his furry chops with beard baubles, he's even gone the whole hog and tinted his beard a shade of green and added a star on the top of his noggin for good measure! Bravo Sir, Bravo!

The Rein-beard...

Hello there Rudolph! Don't you look a picture of Christmas cheer! The antlers are the icing on the Christmas cake for me in this pic, not to mention that very shiny nose! I'm a little unsure why this gentleman looks so sad, maybe he got a lump of coal for Christmas?

So there we have it! A little collection to get your creativity tingling over the festive holidays! If you think you can do better be sure to send us your submissions! And who knows! You might even get a feature in our next beardlog!

And until next time, Beard on Brothers, Beard on...

A woman’s attraction to her counterpart is a direct reflection of her expectations on that person. Whether it is a casual fling, a uncommitted or committed relationship, a woman is going to make the best decision she can based off of her perceived impression or intentions of that man based on their appearance. Ultimately, in a world where a woman has to base her needs on first impressions, just like a job interview, your beard, or lack of beard, may be applying for her next conquest.
